Seat view from section 122 at Soldier Field, home of the Chicago Bears

Whoever implemented this stadium's design did a good job putting parts of two sections (122, 123) directly behind the field goal. That way, the uprights don't intrude on any fan's view of the field too much. Really cool place to sit when field goals are kicked. Love this stadium even though it looks like the spaceship from 'Independence Day' landed inside the Coliseum in Rome.

122 should be avoided by the fans that are extra picky about which seats they have. The uprights sit in front of these seats and definitely won't do you any favors or enhance your view. The last row is wheelchair accessible in case you're wondering. Despite the uprights, this is really a fantastic section to have for a Bears game and will be slightly more affordable than any of the other sections in the 100s. If you get the chance, check out the Comcast Bears Den near Gate 15. They have a lot of neat Bears artwork available for viewing. This is one stadium that needs to be seen by all NFL fans at least once.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 122, here is a Youtube video shot from row 1 during a Bears/Oakland Raiders game at Soldier Field.
