I'm only a casual Wizards fan so I'm no expert on the Verizon Center. I go to games when a group of friends want to make an outing out of it. This is where we sat most recently for an Atlanta Hawks game. It was exciting. I enjoyed not being seated with the mobs of fans that you'll encounter on the first level. Great family environment. Close to concessions and great view. Not too shabby at all. Have some confidence with your ticket purchases for 204; you can't go wrong.
