To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 133 at EnergySolutions Arena, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Jazz game.

Perfect section for Jazz fans that want a great view without breaking the bank on tickets. I've sat in probably every upper level section at least once depending on the demand of the game. For the Heat game last year, I sat behind the net on the upper deck. Again, not a bad seat. The organization always runs specials for upper level seats. This season if you purchase upper level seats to four Jazz games ($18 per game), you get free Papa John's pizza at each game; great deal! So look for those deals. There are always plenty of upper level seats open, especially if it's during the week vs. a team like the Timberwolves or Bobcats so you may be able to sit here without actually having a ticket. The ushers often don't check tickets for upper level patrons at ESA.
Sitting in the upper deck got a huge improvement when they replaced the old scoreboard with a brand new one a few seasons ago. They also added replay boards in each of the 4 corners of the upper deck so the viewing experience has had a lot of improvement.
To sum it up, 133 is money well spent. Feels like a center court section even though it isn't. You can still read the numbers on the back of the players jerseys so following who is who shouldn't become a problem for the younger eyes. If you want to stay away from the top, stay as far away from row 21 as possible. The cost of sitting in row 1 vs. row 2 will also be significant but not worth the extra money.
