To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from the Courtside East seats, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Raptors/Trail Blazers game.

This club section is a nice little string of 3 rows right next to the goal. Amazing view, pretty cool sitting this close to the action. The only better seats would be the club North or South sections which are on the sidelines. Tickets are way to expensive but I won these tickets.
