The rows higher up are definitely the way to go for 102. Shoot for the single lettered rows beginning with row J. I had seats in row S for last season's Knicks game and was able to leave my seats during a timeout and be back with a beer before play had resumed. Of course, the concession lines move pretty quickly at this arena. Be warned that there are a lot of fans assigned to each row and because of 102's location in the far corner of the arena, it can definitely kind of give off that cramped feeling.
Parking CAN BE a problem but if you are familiar with downtown Oklahoma City, 2nd and 3rd streets almost always have cheap garage and lot parking though I never remember the actual names of the structures.
