Section 305 were my season seats for three seasons. Had to give them up when the economy got bad but I will become a season ticket holder again some day!

305 was a small section, only two rows and comes with almost essentially the same view as the club seats so unless you want all of those amenities, you have no reason to sit there. Although the balcony sections as a whole won't give you any privacy, lower end balcony sections like 305 will.
