Seat view from section 419 at Nationals Park, home of the Washington Nationals

These seats are wayyyy up there near the Heavens. You won't feel as if you're a part of the game and it will be extremely easy to doze off or get caught up in conversations with other fans. Kind of what baseball is all about I guess. But at least the jumbo tron was in plain sight, so keeping up with the stats will be extremely easy.

Pretty nice ballpark overall. Th organization could've built the stadium facing downtown so our skyline could have provided the backdrop like PNC Park in Pittsburgh. They could've built the stadium overlooking the Anacostia River next door or the Navy Yard. But they didn't.

But Nationals Park is clean and wide open with virtually no obstructed seats. And the views of the field are great all over the ballpark, from the lower level outfield, to the Club level, to seats like these in 419.

Also, on the whole, this park is highly civilized for the baseball world. I mean, have you been to Camden Yards or Citizens Bank Park? I pity the fool who shows up in the opposing team's colors at those joints.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 419, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Nationals game at Nationals Park.
