To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 118, here is a Youtube video shot from there following a Blue Jays/Boston Red Sox game at the Rogers Centre.
118 is behind the dugout. Standing outside of section 116 before the game is a great place for autographs if you have kids. The rows in this section are numbered 6-40. The closer the better. Though these seats are thought of as expensive, you can actually sit here for $40 per ticket for some games. You're close to all of the action in this section with a great view from any row.
