I would liken this area to the Green Monster seats at Fenway Park in Boston, only no where near the quality. But they sit up top in right field, sight lines were only ok. We saw the Rays play the Orioles so we weren't missing much by passing up the dugout box seats. These are bleacher seats, just so you know and they will leave your bottom numb and sore after about 4 innings, so make sure you stand up every couple of innings and do some walking.

This area is kind of separated from everything else, not just anyone can sneak into these seats of course, I don't know who would want to do that.
It seems like they're always running specials for the party deck. On some nights, they designate this area as an all you can eat area with stadium fare and those tickets are upwards of $60; not worth it.
If you've ever heard of Rays fans refer to 'The Beach' when visiting Tropicana Field, this is the area they're talking about, they just changed the name to the tbt deck. I still don't know why they use an asterisk next to the word 'tbt'.

In this ballpark, even the seats behind home plate are affordable on some nights so it's safe to say 355 isn't worth your time.
