Tropicana Field has been home to the Tampa Bay
Rays since 1998.  It is the only non-retractable
domed stadium in the MLB. It was constructed at an
estimated cost of 130 Million dollars and has a
capacity of 36,973; the 2nd smallest MLB Ballpark.
