123 is better than any outfield section because it will put you close to the infield and outfield as well. Also, an ideal spot for autographs from the visiting team since it's just down from the visitors bullpen area. Well, I wouldn't call it a bullpen. They warm up on the third base side just like at Wrigley Field in Chicago. You would think they should convert 162 Landing and the Papa John's Box to bullpen cages but those areas are just one big racket. Also will put you in close proximity to Evan Longoria on the third base side. I promise you'll be happy with your seats here.

Tropicana isn't accessible via a light rail or bus system really but the parking is quick and easy. And if you're staying in downtown Tampa, you obviously need to know where the best parking is. I would shoot for lots 2, 6 and 7 since they're the biggest. I think there are 13 numbered lots beginning with lot 1 but I could be wrong.
