Section 203 is one of the 'Fountain Seat' sections in the outfield and it's very underwhelming. Our view of the big screen in center was pretty bad of course it's distinct shape (in the shape of a Giant Crown) makes for a bad viewing experience the closer you sit to it. We also couldn't see most of the warning track in the outfield which makes you have to refer to the reaction of the fans to know what happened. To top it off, the Fountain seats also won't give you the full view of the beautiful fountains; you'll have to sit in the infield for that. But these are good seats to have I suppose if you're a fan that wants a cheap ticket to avoid the Hy-Vee level up top.
You can't buy Fountain seats as season tickets, they're only available for an individual game basis. If you purchase in advance, you can get these seats for $9 but the price goes up the day of to $15 and you'll often pay even more on an online website like Stubhub after all of the extra charges are tacked on.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 203, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Royals game at Kauffman Stadium.
