Sections like 408 get a bad reputation and I honestly don't know why because you have the goalie's perspective the entire game and it's super exciting when the fast breaks are racing towards you. The seats could stand to be more comfortable but the atmosphere will easily help you forget how good or bad your seats are.

My favorite place to eat and drink before the game is 'Fado' down the street. It's an authentic Irish establishment and always has a lot of Capitals fans there before the game.
