To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 305, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Canucks/Nashville Predators game.

Worst seats that I've had for a Canucks game. (Row 13). If you find some seats in 305 that you feel comfortable paying without feeling like you've been ripped off then I guess it would be worth your time. The fans on the upper level made things fun but I didn't like the angle from the corner.
