I sat in 314 on January 12th, 2012 vs. the Carolina Hurricanes, the Lightning got killed. I was in row G and had the aisle seats. The beer and food hawkers didn't venture up there too often; that was the first thing I noticed. No big deal, the price you pay for that stuff if highway robbery anyway. If you get a chance to eat at one of the many restaurants in the Channelside area, do it, it will only save you money at the arena.

There are at least 15 seats assigned to a row but the rows are fairly easy to get out of. The stadium fare is only average although there is a stand on the top level that has some great BBQ nachos. Row G is the middle portion of the section and there is no railing to block your view in row A. Row B will be significantly cheaper to sit in than row A, so keep that stuff in mind.

To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 314, here is a Youtube video shot from there during an intermission at a Lightning game at the Tampa Bay Times Forum.
