118 sits behind the visitors bench. For that same reason, expect to see a lot of Rangers, Bruins and other Original six fans to be sitting in this section when those teams are in town. Who knows? You could end sitting next to one of them and it's always so much more annoying sitting next to a rival fan.

To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 118, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a fight at a Stars/Pittsburgh Penguins game.

They call section 118 and it's surrounding section the 'Stars Club' seats. Center ice behind the bench, it doesn't get much better for hockey although I've sat behind the net at the AAC and the view is just as good. Row C will get you first row. We learned that when we had row G for a game against the Coyotes last season. The tickets are among the most expensive in the arena and rightfully so. The stairs aren't steep at all and there are only about 12 fans in each row.

What I love about this arena the most is the two extra scoreboards they give you on each end that display various facts and information about the game. No Stars fans aren't the most rabid but you still get to see all of the other NHL teams venture into Dallas.
