To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 224, here is a Youtube video shot from there during the national anthem at a Blackhawks/Montreal Canadiens game at the United Center.
I had the pleasure of sitting in 224 for the Canucks game last March. The Lexus club is great if you like exclusiveness and people bringing you your food. Unfortunately, the food and beer come from a menu and are not included in the ticket price. And yes, you have to tip the waiter. The seats are wide and theater style, extra comfort.
The Chicago Stadium Club sits just outside of this section but you have to have reservations to get in to eat and they have a dress code. Lame. You're not missing anything; overpriced food and drinks.
If you are a Blackhawks fan that enjoys sitting and cheering with the masses, go with the seats in the 100s. It's easy to feel disconnected from the game, even on the second level and you won't always find the best of hockey fans on the Lexus level.
