To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 117, here is a Youtube video shot from there during an intermission at a Blackhawks game.

117 sits in the lower level directly behind the goalie. I have sat here three times and you cannot get a great view of the ice in the lower rows of this section.
There are 19 rows in this section. I have sat in row 16 once and these seats are ideal for this section.
Blackhawks Tickets are expensive at the United Center; not cheap to sit here.
