Sat here for the Bruins-Capitals game in 2009.

You're Directly behind the goalie on the upper level. Not too many seats per row. The upper level at the TD Garden is a little steep. I have sat up here many times both for Celtics and Bruins games. Lower level tickets are so expensive, too expensive for the average fan.
You will enjoy these seats even though lower level will give you the ultimate NHL experience.
