To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 147, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Buccaneers/Detroit Lions game at Raymond James Stadium.

A friend of mine has been a Buccaneers season ticket holder for many years and sits here; he even goes back to the days of the Big Sombrero as a ticket holder. I loved that stadium, it was old school but it was time to move on to a better facility and Raymond James takes the cake.
Section 147 sits right on the numbers in the North endzone. If you sit in the rows at the top, you can see the running plays much better on all angles. The Pirate ship is behind you the entire time which is probably a good thing, it's not as distracting. The uprights aren't really much of an obstruction but you will definitely notice them. The concourse outside of these seats is open aired and you can see the field perfectly from there. It's almost like a village boardwalk too. "Captain's Grill" and "The Galley" are the two main concession stands there.

Raymond James offers a variety of food and beverages. Prices are expensive, as is common with NFL stadiums around the country. I think beers were a little less than $8 for a large, they have smaller drafts available.
There is an awesome buffet open to club ticket holders only. I wish they had something similar for those of us to who prefer to sit closer to the field in the 100s. Those that hold club seats also have an air conditioned lounge area to purchase food/drinks, and relax at half time which is important in Florida during September and October.
