Raiders were playing the Buccs; Our seats were in row 11, seats 10 and 11. 2nd to last row but just a few steps away from bathrooms and concessions. Try to avoid leaving your seat at halftime as it's easy to get caught in the crowds. Our row wasn't full, so we got to stretch out some but each seat could use a little more leg and elbow room. We all know, however, that both ownerships refuse to implement renovations for the sake of fans because they're trying to lure new stadiums in the Bay Area. It's all about money.
All three seating levels are shaped in circles to give fans the best possible view of the field. Sight lines are much better for Raiders football than an A's game. For A's games, there is so much foul territory and the seats sit very far from the diamond.
Best way to get here is via the BART but you can also take the Amtrak system or ride the AC Transit in an effort to avoid paying the steep price for parking. Being away from downtown, both teams are able to charge a lot for parking. If the Coliseum were in downtown San Fran or Oakland, parking would be cheaper because there would be so many private surface lots and free metered parking, creating competition.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 211, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Raiders/Pittsburgh Steelers game at O.co Coliseum.
