I've sat in section 137 once. Been to about 5 Packers games total, I drive up from Milwaukee every so often to see them play. I drive up when I can afford to see them play, I should say.
Anyway, these seats are only ok. Sitting on bleacher seats is a real bummer. I can do that at high school and college football stadiums around the country.
We were about 30 rows up. I didn't like how there was a pathway in the middle of the end zone where fans are constantly walking. It became really distracting but that's only my opinion.
The end zone seats are among the cheapest in the stadium so if you're on a budget, they would probably be a good seat to purchase. There were a lot of season ticket holders in our area, they all seemed to know and hi-five each other but were very welcoming to the Packers fans they didn't know. For Packers fans to give you a hard time, you really have to be a Bear or Vikings fan acting like a real jerk-off.

There is some good variety in terms of food on the inside of the stadium. Bratwurst, cheese curds, hot dogs, nachos, Leinenkugel's. Of course, if you know people tailgating, you'll likely be able to get your food fix for free.
On the outside of the stadium, Kroll's West, Stadium View, The Bar and Brett Favre's have some good eats too. I've sample all of them and they're all very crowded establishments on game day.

Parking can become a problem but there are tons of homes that rent out their driveway for fans on game day for as little as $10 sometimes.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 137, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Packers scrimmage at Lambeau Field.
