Very confusing section. Half of this section consists of club seats with wide leather seats and extra leg room. The other half consists of just regular seats like what you would find on the upper and lower levels. Either way, they're both priced almost the same so I would advise fans to purchase the club seat portion. When you have club seats too, there will be a waitstaff to take care of you and bring your food and drinks to your seat upon request. In my opinion, it wasn't that great of a amenity because the lines for food are so short on the 2nd level. The view of the southern end zone was excellent but I had some trouble making out the plays on the opposite side of the field. That could be because I was in row 26 near the top. There are a lot more rows in this section than in others so there will be some steps to walk no matter which row you have. The fans were great though, just as loud as any other section at PBS. I love Bengals fans when the team is doing well but they will turn on the team rather quickly.
To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 203, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Bengals/Cleveland Browns game at Paul Brown Stadium.
