Sat here with the family on December 2nd last season for the Bills-Jax Jaguars game. Not the sexiest game to see live but I had fun.
227 takes a decent angle on the field and a decent panorama of the entire stadium. Good seats are important at Ralph Wilson since there is only one scoreboard and it's screen is very small and I don't even think it's in HD.
Keep in mind that this is a designated "family section" so alcohol is prohibited and you'll look awfully foolish trying to go to your seats with a beer only to have the usher stop you. The Bills don't advertise the family sections as well as they should.
Naturally, lots of families will sit in these seats so it's a prefect place to sit with your small child to keep them from seeing the true colors of most Bills fans. For that reason, the crowd noise in the family sections is dead weight and not that exciting.

Bills games are often cold so dress warm, even in late September. Also plan on tailgating in one of the many lots outside of the stadium, it will make your experience even better.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 227, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Bills/New England Patriots game at Ralph Wilson Stadium.
