First of all, this is an alcohol free zone. Many NFL stadiums are adopting this rule I've come to find out so many fans will simply opt out of these seats and not give them a chance. I sat here pretty much out of necessity because the New England Patriots were in town and I couldn't afford to sit anywhere else. Not being allowed to drink a beer wasn't that big of a deal, I just did a good bit of pre-drinking in the parking lot before the game and I was good to go. These are end zone seats; the view is much better from the sides of the stadium but for one game, this wouldn't be a bad place for you to sit. It was still very easy to follow the game and the neighboring fans still carried quiet a bit of fan noise.
A few other tips when visiting ralph wilson stadium for a Bills game. -There are no escalators. -There are 9 entry point that I know of. For section 225, enter through gate 1. -The seats in the 200s all have better concessions nearby. -Beers are $9. A hot dog will run you $5+. -Tailgating is not permitted in lots G and 6. -Bills Team Store and Ticket Office are located at the Bills Fieldhouse adjacent to the stadium. -Ralph Wilson isn't a very fan friendly stadium so beware. -Nothing to do outside of this place. You'll have to be creative and create your own fun. Not that there is a ton to do surrounding Gillette and Metlife Stadiums either so consider that.
To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 225, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Bills game at Ralph Wilson Stadium.
