I usually attend a couple of Cardinals games per season or as many as I can afford. All of the sideline seats at this stadium are worthy of your time and money. I had seats in row 22, seat 12 of 133. I still save all of my ticket stubs so I can tell you exactly where I've sat for every game I've been to. 133 is right on the 10 yard line. Could see the plays near the south end zone really well so it was exciting when the ball was on that side of the field. When the ball advances the other way, the view can be less than stellar. Plenty of comfort at each seat though. The Cardinals fans are often fair weather and only into the games at the beginning of the season and at the end of it if the Cards are playoff bound.
There are plenty of hotels in close proximity to the stadium, some will sometimes provide shuttles to the game from what I understand. The Renaissance and the Courtyard Marriott Avondale are probably the two nicest in the Glendale area. Really the only thing missing from the area is a downtown landscape since the stadium is miles from downtown Phoenix. We usually tailgate in the Green lot but if you're not tailgating, you're better off parking near the shopping at Westgate.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 133, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Cardinals/Oakland Raiders game at University of Phoenix Stadium.
