My girlfriend and I go to a few Cardinals games each season and it never gets old even though they haven't done too well since they made the Super Bowl in 2009. Section 138 is ok. The bleachers you sit on aren't permanent, they're metal and a little different than the seats in the opposite end zone, even a little less comfortable. If you sit here, you will be staring at the visiting team's sideline the entire game but you can't make out faces too well from this angle.
This is a very intriguing stadium mainly because they take the grass off at the end of the game and put it to where it will get sunlight. What other NFL stadium does that? If you've got the time to take the tour of the stadium, it's only $9 and they take you behind the scenes to areas fans normally don't get to visit.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 138, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Cardinals/Seattle Seahawks game at University of Phoenix Stadium.

These sections are called the "main endzone". There are 12 rows in sections 138-144 (Numbered 1-12). Very small and comfortable section, perfect view of the field. Expect to pay upwards of $170 per ticket on the secondary market in order to sit in this section. If you are thinking of becoming a Cardinals season ticket holder, the Cardinals website has face value set at $90.
