To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 415, here is a Youtube video shot from there before a Cardinals game at University of Phoenix Stadium.

If you're browsing for terrace seats for a Cardinals game, 415 was very serviceable. I have actually sat on the western sidelines for a number of Cardinals games. You can typically find some good bargains on those seats if you look on the Ticket Exchange, Stubhub, etc. I think the sideline view is spectacular as long as you stay in between the 20 yard lines. After that, the view of the field weakens rather quickly.

415 sat on the 20 yard line almost in it's entirety and is on the same side of the field as the Cardinals sideline. There weren't really any concessions that stuck out in my mind. The beer selections are the norm; Bud, Bud Light, Miller Lite and you're going to pay $8 for each one.

You're going to want to enter gate 2 on the north side of the stadium to get to section 415 the easiest. There are surprisingly only 3 entrances to the stadium for 70,000 people. Wow. So make sure you give yourself plenty of time to reach your seats before kickoff. I think if you're parking an hour from kickoff, you'll be fine; always give yourself 20 minutes to make it thru security.
