We sat here on January 8th of last year for the Timberwolves game, row F which to my surprise was the second row in the section. There were only a few seats in each row; 8 tops which made getting out to go to the concourse very easy. Seats were comfortable, much more leg space than you'll find on the upper levels of the Verizon Center. Overall, the arena is very basic although I don't have any other NBA arenas to compare it to since I've only been here.

If you want autographs from the visiting team's players, this is the section you'll want to be in before the game. I didn't know that prior to the game but we just so happened to be next to the Timberwolves tunnel.

Parking can be a problem; this is Washington DC we're talking about here. There is $25 underground parking but it fills up very quickly. You're better off just riding the light rail to the Chinatown stop at Gallery Place.

To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 119, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Wizards/Chicago Bulls game at the Verizon Center.
