In my opinion, every seat in the 100s and 200s will allow fans to see the game well. I was a little skeptical about 226 upon getting to my seats that night (Wizards-Nets) but they turned out to be not too bad. The basketball court looks much smaller up there and the action looks a little slower as opposed to sitting next to the court but 226 is a good seat for the money. Just make sure you bring cash for the concessions; many of the portable bars don't accept credit cards or have trouble with the credit card machines.
To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 226, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Wizards/Detroit Pistons game at the Verizon Center.
