To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 108, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Raptors/Brooklyn Nets game at the Air Canada Centre.

Best seats in the arena aside from courtside. Close to everything. Only downsides are the price you have to pay to sit here. That's it. You won't be disappointed.
