I've sat here once among other seats on the first level of the Wells Fargo Center. It definitely had a "cramped" feel so I moved towards center court to vacant seats after halftime. (Saw the Charlotte Bobcats so the attendance was low that night). The ushers will usually give you a hard time if you're trying to sneak into better seats but the section I moved into was vacant of an usher.

As long as you sit along the sides of the court, you will be fine in terms of the view but there are probably a lot of fans that would enjoy sitting here too.
