Had never been to a Sixers game at this arena before but my first impression was that it was pretty run of the mill as compared to the Prudential Center in Newark and MSG in New York City. I was wrong. While it's not the best, this is just as good of a venue as the other two on the same property where the Eagles and Phillies play. The Sixers fans are passionate though not as brutal about basketball as they are about the other three.
We had seats in row 4 and we were seated in the aisle seats. I was expecting at least a waiter in our section to bring us our food but none such. If you sit in the club seats, you'll have to fetch your own food and battle the lines just like all of the other fans in the arena. The boxes didn't sit on the 2nd level, they sit higher up than all of the seats in the 100s. Above us was the suites and above those were the nosebleeds. It didn't feel like an arena where there was a bad seat anywhere but it depends on the preference of the fan; some people loathe the upper levels and will drain their bank accounts to avoid it. Some of the seats here in Box 24 are underneath the overhang from the upper deck which some fans may not particularly like but what can you do?
The main scoreboard was beautiful and full of information and also very bright. I didn't like that so much hip-hop was played throughout the game but I would assume that's what most of the players and their friends and family listen to. Gotta cater to the audience, right?

Even though this place wasn't near downtown, it's not far at all from the SEPTA subway station so you shouldn't have an issue getting there from your hotel. If at all possible, try to take this trip on a weekend where there are two Philly sports teams playing at home on the same weekend. And also try either Pat's or Geno's cheesesteaks on the South Side of Philly when you come!

To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from Club Box 24, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a 76ers playoff game at the Wells Fargo Center.
