To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 121, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Warriors/Portland Trail Blazers game at Oracle Arena.
There are 27 rows in section 121 but row 1 will not put you close to the floor thanks to the 'Courtside Club' that sits down in front. Those seats are roughly $400 per ticket which I don't know how anyone can afford those type of seats but people pay it. The view from 121 will be best from rows 8-20. If your seats are above row 20, you won't have very many steps to climb and will have quick access to the concessions which are provided by Levy Restaurants; yummm. I don't have many arenas to compare Oracle to but I would imagine not many NBA arenas put you as close to the floor as these seats are. The seats also seemed to have a bit more width to them than your typical seat in a sports venue which is a plus; America is fat.
The only downsides to the arena are it's poor location in the bad part of town (does Oakland have a nice side of town?) and also the brightness from the lighting. It creates a blinding glare and almost makes the entire place look white. No joke.
