My wife and I had seats here in 115 for a Bulls game last season against the Dallas Mavericks. It was around Thanksgiving and the Bulls won big time. The atmosphere was excellent! From the time you walk in and hear the bands playing in the concourse to the national anthem sung by Jim Cornielson, to the playing of "Sirius", the Bulls experience is one of the best in the NBA even post Jordan!

Like most of the lower level sections, 115 should have 19 rows beginning with row 1. You pick up that knowledge after going to so many Bulls games and sitting in so many different places. Ticket prices for this section are often still in the $200 range per ticket on the secondary market. The Bulls are in high demand!
But that's still considerably less than what you'll be expected to pay to sit courtside of behind the Bulls bench. (Sections 101/102).
None of the seats have cup holders. That's one major downside.
You can easily access these seats by entering through Gate 7 and taking a slight left. Gates 6 and 7 generally have smaller lines to get in. Make sure you have your tickets handy upon trying to enter because the ushers check tickets even during shoot-around before the game. And arena doors open 90 minutes before tipoff so you should always give yourself plenty of time to get settled.
Hope all of this information helps when making your next Bulls ticket purchase!

To give you an idea what the view of the court is like from section 115, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Bulls/Denver Nuggets game at the United Center.

nestled in the far corner of the arena. Not a good place to sit. Sat here for last season's home game against the Bucks and was thoroughly disappointed.
