To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 114, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Nationals game at Nationals Park.

114 is what you would expect from a section down the third baseline. Lots of seats per row with a great view of the outfield and infield. You could either be really close to the action or really far from it. The first set of rows are single lettered and then after row Z they become double lettered.
I paid $40 for a ticket in this section to see my Phillies. Nice little ballpark, parking is a nightmare. Take public transportation for Nationals games.
