I've sat all over Nationals Park since this place has opened and I don't think there is a bad spot. For this particular game, the Nationals were playing the Padres and the crowd was very friendly and festive. All in all, a great day for baseball. Just a heads up, this section is virtually split into halves with how they organize the pricing. Basically, the single lettered rows are considered the "box seats" and the second portion is considered the "regular seats" in this section. So expect for seats in the double lettered rows to be priced $10-$15 cheaper than down in front.
To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 134, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Nationals/Miami Marlins game at Nationals Park.
