I've sat all over this ballpark so there isn't a whole lot I can say about this section since I don't think PNC Park has any bad seats. I had these seats for a Pirates game two seasons ago; still have the ticket stub and everything, sat in row L. Getting up to the upper level can be a pain; you can either take the stairs or the escalator. The escalator is on the bottom level along the third base side (near Pop's Plaza). There was a Quaker Steak and Lube just outside of our section and it's a condensed menu but you can still get their famous wings at either a full bucket or a half bucket. Atria's outside of the stadium is also a cool place to eat before or after the game if you don't want to purchase the ballpark concessions.

Everyone seems to love the view you get of the river and skyline but I think the exterior of PNC Park is very underrated. It has a sandstone exterior and I love taking the escalator to the main level once entering thru the Main Gate. It's a shame a better ball club couldn't occupy this ballpark. But fans need to realize that in order for the owners to spend money, you have to spend money and make it out to the ballpark!
