I'm not a picky person when it comes to where I sit at both Phillies and Eagles games so I would say section 138 deserves 3 out of 4 stars. It's close to the field, free of obstruction, affordable to most Phillies fans, a spot where a lot of foul balls are hit and the fans have always been great in this area. Rows 1-10 are really close to the left fielders and they will often toss foul balls into the stands at the end of an inning. Keep that in mind if you have kids!
Outside of this section you'll find a stand called "Brewerytown" and they have some of the best beer options in the entire stadium. Huge selection! The food selection at Brewerytown isn't so great, in fact, it sucks. But if you travel to Ashburn alley in center field, you'll find all of the food you could possibly want; Harry the K's, Chickie and Pete's, Seasons Pizza, Campo's steaks. If there is one thing this ballpark has, it's a great selection of food.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 138, here is a Youtube video shot from row 19 during a Phillies game at Citizens Bank Park.
