Went to a Dodgers/Angels game during the 2013 season and we had a great evening at the ballpark as usual. I think that rivalry gets more intense every season though not quiet as heated as the Giants rivalry. We were on the loge level. 163 is pretty deep in left field and a good bit of the foul pole in left field was in our view. We bought our tickets at the last minute so all of the good seats were taken, this was all that was left. Definitely shoot for rows A-C where you'll be closer to the field and will actually be able to see into the Dodgers bullpen as well as all of the nooks and crannies in the corner of left field. Your view of the infield will really suffer here so it's all about preference.

The parking situation is as bad as I've seen in the 5 or 6 professional stadiums I've seen games in. It's $10 and they accept credit card at the gate but it would help out so much if the Metro made a stop at Dodger Stadium (will never happen). In fact, the Dodgers will have a new stadium before a train will be built to accommodate Dodger fans.
If you've seen the recent movie 'About Last Night' with Kevin Hart, a scene was shot in either this section or the adjacent section when one of the main characters goes to a Dodgers game. It also cameos "Casey's Irish Pub" which is a popular spot for Dodgers fans during and after the games. Just a little FYI for you fellow Dodgers fans.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 163, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Dodgers game at Dodger Stadium.
