Seat view from left field pavilion section 309 at Dodger Stadium, home of the Los Angeles Dodgers

Section 309 has quality sight lines with a very central view of the outfield but the seats weren't very comfortable or accommodating at all. The bleachers are tough on your bum for three hours. There are no drink holders. The language in our section was terrible towards the Giants fans in attendance, I was almost ashamed for the parents that were in attendance with their children. The extra security has only helped a little since the Bryan Stow incident in 2011. The Mexican gang members still come to a lot of the games and seem more interested in drinking and congregating than watching baseball. If you've ever been to a Raiders game in Oakland, it's a similar crowd in the bleachers at Dodger Stadium.
Best thing about these seats is the unlimited concessions through the 7th inning. Hot dogs, popcorn, p-nuts, Coke products and Nachos are all you can eat. The only item they should add is all you can eat cotton candy for dessert. Tickets are priced at $25-$50 depending on which row you get. Rows A-D are going to be the best and most expensive seats but they all come with unlimited food. Keep in mind that the food lines for the unlimited food is always long and you will often miss half an inning while in line.

If you're in the mood to see the ballpark for the first time and take in all of the sights and sounds, know that you can't venture anywhere else in the stadium with bleacher/pavilion tickets. For first timers to Dodger Stadium, I would always recommend sitting in the Loge seats or in the field boxes. (A lot of the celebrities sit in the dugout boxes and baseline boxes.)

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 309, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Dodgers/New York Yankees game at Dodger Stadium.
