103 isn't quiet in dead center but it's a center field section. Two things I hated: you can't see the out of town scoreboard because it's below you at field level.
You also can't see the main scoreboard in the outfield; those are above the Kroger bleachers on the second level. The seats are comfortable and it's a very small, family friendly section. There is a skyline chili just outside of this section as well as a number of import beer vendor kiosks (none of them accept credit cards). The 2nd largest Reds pro shop is also nearby. If you just want to sit close to the field, you'll like these seats.
