Awesome seats that are right above the visitors bullpen. I bought these seats the day of at the U.S. Cellular ticket window (not always recommended). We were in row 24 and could have moved down - it was one of the last few rows in our section. Only two or three steps away from the concourse outside of our section. There weren't that many nearby concessions; there was one called All Star Stands and another that had gluten free items. There are a few concessions scattered throughout the stadium that sell Digiorno Pizza which I find hilarious.
The view was a good one but because of the bullpen, you can't see the warning track that well but that's a common gripe for outfield seats. Also, having our backs to the scoreboard was a little annoying. The scoreboard often offers fun tidbits in between innings to help pass the time.
There is a fan deck in center field that is a popular standing area but it's private and you have to book it in advance with the organization. They have picnic tables and eating areas too.
To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from section 104, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a White Sox game at U.S. Cellular Field.
