You could definitely call these seats behind home plate seats even though they're more towards the third base side. Great sight lines here. Could see bits and piece of the Boston skyline, the outfield Triangle and the iconic Green Monster is a real treat. There are so many little pieces of history at Fenway Park, even in the stands. Multiple movies have been filmed at this place for crying out loud!
The ushers are great and will wipe down your seats when they show you to your seats. Some of the fans from the grandstand try to sneak into the loge seats so keep a watchful eye out before the game when trying to find your seats.

The loge seats extend from first base to the Fisk foul pole around the infield and outfield. Think of them as kind of the second portion of box seats. They're good, just be patient with all of the fans that are constantly leaving and entering their row. They will block some of your view of the game. If you want to avoid all of this, you can opt for the State Street Pavilion Club seats up top of maybe the roof top deck seats.

To give you an idea what the view of the field is like from Loge Box 136, here is a Youtube video shot from there during a Red Sox game at Fenway Park.
