The Miami Marlins and Biscayne Bay Brewing are forming a five year partnership that will bring a beer hall to Marlins Park beginning in 2020. The Biscayne Bay Brew Hall will be a 3,000 square foot space located outside of sections 15 and 16 on the promenade level of Marlins Park. Both Miami Brewing Company and Nightlife Brewing Co. already have a presence at Marlins Park.

The beer hall will feature a video wall and an area for live music. A garage-door wall will be installed that will allow the beer hall to become an open-air space when the weather is pleasant. Groups will be able to schedule events in the Biscayne Bay Brew Hall during the off season. Biscayne Bay Brewing will also be creating a Miami Marlins craft beer that will also be offered at other retail locations throughout South Florida. Biscayne Bay Brewing is headquartered in Doral, Florida. The Miami Marlins hosted six beer fest events at Marlins Park during the 2019 season.

The Miami Marlins organization have implemented a lot of changes since owners Bruce Sherman and Derek Jeter have taken the reigns. Prior to the 2019 MLB season, the Miami Marlins added two social spaces for fans including the AutoNation Alley, and Social:Estrella Jalisco. The eccentric and colorful home run sculpture was also removed from the outfield area, and placed outside of Marlins Park. Other changes coming to Marlins Park in 2020 include bringing the outfield fences in closer, as well as installing synthetic turf on the playing field.
