Ford Field Seating Chart, Detroit Lions.

Ford Field is a very intimate NFL stadium and is completely enclosed and climate-controlled. Although the Detroit Lions haven’t enjoyed a ton of success while playing at Ford Field, the venue provides an excellent atmosphere for professional football; especially on Thanksgiving Day. Our staff wanted to provide a thorough breakdown of the Ford Field seating chart to help football fans decide where to sit before purchasing their Detroit Lions tickets.

Where To Sit At Ford Field

The Ford Field seating chart is very easy to understand. The stadium doesn't have an absurd amount of premium seating areas that many other NFL stadiums have. There are three core seating areas including the lower level, the club level, and the upper level. Keep in mind that the names of the seating areas at Ford Field could vary from season to season. We’ll begin by discussing the lower level seats.

Lower Level

The lower level seats at Ford Field consists of sections 100 through 141. Most sections have 41 rows of seats which are numbered 1 through 41. Some lower level sections have as many as 43 rows of seats. The Detroit Lions use the sideline in front of sections 105, 106, and 107. The visiting team uses the sideline in front of sections 126 through 128. The Detroit Lions player tunnel is located adjacent to sections 101 and 140. The visiting team exits the same tunnel as the Detroit Lions players.

There is a premium seating option on the lower level called the “field level seats”. The field level seats are located on the field and are leather seats with more legroom and comfort. There is also a set of seats called “dream seats” at the very top of sections 100 and 141 in the lower level corner.
