The American Airlines Center, home of the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks and NHL’s Dallas Stars, will continue to roll out it’s premium seating options for fans with the addition of “The Lofts”. The arena already has implemented similar premium seating options in the past with the Service King Lounge Theatre Boxes and CyrusOne Club Loge Boxes. Like the other theatre-style boxes, The Lofts will be seen as the perfect opportunity for small to medium sized businesses in the Dallas area to entertain important clients and business contacts.

The Lofts will provide fans with tickets to all Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Stars home games, complimentary parking in the Lexus Garage as well as free beer, wine and buffet food throughout the game. Each loft will be able to accommodate four fans per loft while providing fans with a private entrance to the area as well in-seat waiter service. Businesses that wish to purchase their own loft will be required to sign a three-year contract at $50,000 per season or $28,750 for a half-season.

HKS, Inc., the architects of the American Airlines Center, have also designed and implemented the layout of The Lofts. Construction is set to end in two or three weeks just before the Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Stars kick off their seasons.
