Bank of America Stadium Seating Chart, Carolina Panthers.

Bank of America Stadium, formerly Ericsson Stadium, has been home to the Carolina Panthers since the team debuted in Charlotte, North Carolina in 1996. The Carolina Panthers played their inaugural season (1995) at Clemson Memorial Stadium (Death Valley) in Clemson, South Carolina. Though Bank of America Stadium is often not thought of as a must-see NFL stadium, the stadium has received several upgrades over the last few seasons and offers an extremely fan friendly environment for football fans. Our staff wanted to provide a thorough breakdown of the Bank of America Stadium seating chart to help fans better decide where to sit before purchasing their Carolina Panthers tickets.

Where To Sit At Bank of America Stadium

Navigating the Bank of America seating chart can be a little difficult. Although the stadium has a lower bowl and an upper bowl, the seats are organized into 4 tiers; the 100 level, 300 level, 400 level, and 500 level. The 300 and 400 levels consist of entirely premium seating areas. We’ll begin by first discussing the 100 level seats which are the seats closest to the field.

Unlike most other NFL stadiums, Bank of America Stadium's 200 numbered sections are located on the lower level. The 200 numbered sections are all located just behind the 100 numbered sections in the end zones. These sections include 201 through 206, and 252 through 256 in the west end zone. In the east end zone are sections 224 through 234. The rows for these 200 numbered sections are numbered 1A through 20 (row 1 is the 2nd row).

Corporate Hospitality Packages

The Carolina Panthers are one of the few NFL teams to offer group and corporate hospitality packages for football fans. The corporate hospitality packages provide fans with a pregame tailgate at a designated area outside of Bank of America Stadium in addition to tickets to the game. The four packages currently being offered by the Carolina Panthers include Legends Row, South Lawn Village, Champions Village, and the Corporate Pavilions. Three of these areas are located outside of the North Gate on the South Graham Street side of Bank of America Stadium. The South Lawn Village is located adjacent to the South Gate on the Morehead Street side of Bank of America Stadium.

To learn more about purchasing a corporate hospitality package for your group, please visit Panthers.com.

The Carolina Panthers are one of several NFL teams that require football fans to purchase a permanent seat license (PSL) before purchasing season tickets. The sale of permanent seat licenses is how the Panthers organization paid for Bank of America Stadium without public tax revenue. To learn more about purchasing Carolina Panthers season tickets, please visit Panthers.com/tickets/psls. It’s also important to note that the Carolina Panthers no longer allow tickets that printed at home. Fans are instead required to download the Carolina Panthers mobile app or use the StubHub mobile app to gain entry into Bank of America Stadium. Most NFL stadiums will adopt this measure in the near future.

One major downside to Bank of America Stadium is that the venue has nearly 80,000 seats and only three entry gates. Fans should make sure to get to the stadium well before kickoff if they wish to make the game on time after tailgating.
