To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 216, here is a Youtube video shot from there as the Penguins took the ice vs. the New York Rangers.

216 overlooks the net the Penguins shoot twice on; I sat here when the Florida Panthers were in town. Loved the seats; just wish we weren't so high up (row K). The visibility of the ice from the upper levels are great at this arena; not so great at the old Igloo. The two arenas are day and night in terms of the quality of the venues.
The food is excellent; it is complete with Tim Horton's, Pizza Hut, Primanti Brothers and RC Cola.
