Had the pleasure of sitting in section 215, row D for the Penguins vs. St. Louis Blues game last season. Couldn't have been happier with my seats, even the seats on the upper level have a great view of the ice below.
Rows A thru E are ideal. The staircases are extremely steep but they have to be in order for you to be able to see over the row in front of you.

From what I hear, the new arena has received mixed reviews from Penguins fans. I think a lot of the older fans were sad to see it go. But I think the Penguins are well on their way in establishing some history here and hopefully will be bringing home the Cup soon.
